1. Make sure that the usb connector is 100% OK.
2. Measure VBUS at 1st pin of the USB connector slot if not OK check L3300, R3303, R3302 and C3305
3. Replace USB ESD Z3300 and Z3301
4. If problem still exist may be there is fault on D3300
