Navifirm is back!!!

Navifirm is peace of software that used to download original Nokia firmware from Nokia servers. But Navifirm has been blocked by Nokia. However after several months its back. But this time Navifirm has not been connected to Nokia servers. Now its has a its own duplicated server , a mirror of Nokia server still providing original firmware. Its called Nivifirm Plus. navifirm is working again! Browsing the list of BB5 will be only available for donators only, nothing expensive only 3 euros.

How to unlock Nokia BB5 SL3 with MXKEY by MXKEY TEAM

How to unlock Nokia BB5 SL3 with MXKEY (step by step):

1. Identify phones with "Scan Phone" (as usuall) to see if it is SL3 phone.

2. Go to "IMEI & Security" tab and select"Online Logger"

3. Click "Login", and if your card is activated SL3 Unlock panel will be visible.

4. Click "Read Phones IDs" to prepare the data which is needed for bruteforce task
(this will also identify is phone is supported or not),
new file {IMEI}.sha will be created at folder "{MOBILEEX}\data\SL3\"

5. Click "Start Bruteforcer" and select {IMEI}.sha file.
Random Salt is checked by default which mean the task will using random data
to make bruteforce instead of using normal sequence.

6. After some time and the bruteforcer task completed, it will create file {IMEI}.cod
to the same folder as {IMEI}.sha file

7. Then go back to main exe, and do "Calculate Codes" to get the unlock codes,
unlock code will be saved as {IMEI}_SP_CODES.txt.
Tick "Send to the phone" to directly send the codes to the phone.

8. Task is done and the phone was unlocked, enjoy !

PS. For Windows 7 Users, Please Run MobileEX.exe as Administrator.

- MXKEY suite v3.4 revision 1.7
- PC with supported GPU such as: AMD/ATI HD-4XXX or HD-5XXX, or NVIDIA with CUDA support.

CID (Customer Identity) - it's a kind of security, protecting your phone against unauthorized access. If the CID number is high, it is difficult to modify your phone with cheap or free programs. There are two kinds of CID. The first one is OTP cid (One Time Programmable memory) and you cannot change it. The second one - Phone CID - is usually the same or higher than OTP CID and you can change it. It is important to flash your phone with firmware designed for your Phone CID (on platforms older than A2). On DB2012 and DB2020 platforms Phone CID may be increased, when updating firmware via Sony Ericsson Update Service. You can check your phone CID using for Example SeTool or A2 uploader software. And you can upgrade your CID with setool. Sometimes we downgrade the phones CID to Unlock the Network locked phones.

What is db2000, db2010, db2020, pnx5230, db3150, db3210?

That is chipsets of new SEMC phones. db2000 (otherwise called marita "full") is inside next phones: z1010/v800/z800/w900/lg3g/sharp3g db2010 (otherwise called "marita compact") is inside j300/k300/k500/k700/s700/k750 phones. db2020 (otherwise called "marika") is inside k610/k550/k790/k800/w850/w880/z610/well, almost in all new phones. pnx5230 is inside z310,w350,w380,z555 phones. db3150 is A2 generation, phones like k850,w910,w890,z750,etc have it db3210 is next revision of A2 platform and there is not yet retail phones released with that ASIC. db3350 is even future platform from SEMC.
