There are a more than one reason that may cause for Insert SIM problem. Replacing the relevant ESD(Glass IC, SIM IC) has been published as the solution in most of mobile phone repairing solution sites rather than tiring to troubleshooting in right path to find where the failer exactly is.
1. Full Flash the phone with latest firmware
2. Make sure thet SIM LOCK is valid. This can be checked by MX BOX. If SIM Lock data dameged repair it by MX BOX
3. Check with another good Battery, Clean BSI pin of the Battery connector
4. If the problem is further exist replace the ESD( Glass IC, SIM IC) shown below. If it is unavailable in the marked bypass it as shown in the below.
5. If SIM voltage is 0v may be its a failier of power IC. Then replace it
