Unexpected Exception Box AUTHERROR 20
1. Unzip the downloaded Zip
2. Open HWK update and select firmware updat
3. When ask select the path to the Req.fbi in unzipd downloaded folder
3. Now open the Twister Activator & Req 2 Fbi in downloded folder and open Twister Activator & Req 2 Fbi and select the xxx.req in following location. xxx is your serial nubeer of the box
C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\ UpdateClient
4. Click convert and go to again
C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UpdateClient then you would see
000xxx.fbi
5. Then select this file as the firmware file to upgrade the firmware in HWK upstate client
