Erasing phone flash?

Depending on the type of CPU (RAP3G, RAPIDO) and depending on the type of size (8MB, 16MB, 32 MB). You have to know what you type CPU. 

How do I check RAP3G or RAPIDO?
Before flashing the program shows loaders:

Now we have to look for the last range address of RAP CPU - highlighted in blue (007EFFFF). Go to Menu Start >> All programs >> Accesoriess >> Calculator

Next set to Scientific mode (go to View >> scientific)
Set to HEX retype last range address (7EFFFF) then change to DEC. Should shows 8323071 share it by 1024 (1MB):

Code:8323071 / 1024 = 8127,99 kB (8MB)
conclusion: we use BB5Erase_8MBrap.bin for RAP CPU (RAPIDO are 32MB)
