Phone start up failed contact to retailer. This failure happens when 1 and 309 fields damaged of the PM. Therefor this could be fixed by following the procedure that has been showed below.

In mx key,
Go to service and click on PM

Tick RF/BB press pmm auth and write pm 1 to 309.

- do not load any pm
- mark : load RFBB from server
- do PMM Auth
- click write after auth is successful.
